I got this recipe off of one of the Nifty videos on Facebook and gave it a try. I find this way of making ice cream a lot more easier than the traditional way.
This recipe only consist of two main ingredients and a creative mind.

This recipe only consist of two main ingredients and a creative mind.
Ingredients:
- Heavy whipping cream (about 2 cups)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Toppings of your choice
- Cocoa powder
- Vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, etc.)
- Butterscotch syrup
- M&Ms
Directions:
- In a chilled mixing bowl and using an electric mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until a stiff peak forms.
- Pour in condensed milk and continue whipping the cream mixture on low speed until well blended.
- Using a spatula, mix in the toppings. Pour the ice cream into a container (preferably, one that has a air tight lock).
- Freeze for about 3-4 hours.
- Serve.
TIPS:
- When whipping the heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer, low to medium speed will be the appropriate speed as the faster the speed, the likely the cream will not turn out stiff.
- Keep in mind, the longer you beat the cream, the likely it will turn out liquidly.
